This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through our UK & Europe store and is intended to comply with applicable UK and European consumer protection laws.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@swimshady.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorisation number and confirmation to proceed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with packaging and tags intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@swimshady.co.uk.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

These items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
