SHIPPING POLICY (UK & EUROPE STORE)
All UK & Europe orders are shipped directly from the United Kingdom, ensuring faster delivery and helping avoid unexpected import duties for UK customers.
Shipping Rates
Free express shipping is available on all UK orders.
Flat rate shipping of €14.95 applies to all orders within the EU, except for shipping to the Portuguese and Spanish islands which is €58 due to carrier surcharges.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-order items will be processed and shipped according to the estimated dispatch date stated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your order has been dispatched.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom will not incur import duties.
For deliveries to European destinations, local duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges may apply depending on the destination country and applicable regulations. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Swim Shady does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount payable. Any applicable charges will be collected by the carrier or local customs authority prior to, or upon, delivery.
Returns, Refused Deliveries & Shipping Costs
If you choose to return an order due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, carrier charges or return-to-sender fees incurred in connection with the order may also be deducted from your refund.
Refusing delivery or failing to pay applicable import charges does not cancel the order or entitle you to a full refund. If the parcel is returned to us, any refund will only be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs and any return shipping, customs, carrier or handling charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us with details and supporting photographs. Where appropriate, Swim Shady will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Faulty products do not need to be returned unless specifically requested by us.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Swim Shady is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the carrier where possible.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected European countries, unless otherwise stated.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses unless supported by the selected carrier.
Swim Shady reserves the right to amend these shipping policies and rates at any time without prior notice.
